Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and well-furnished with a view of Casco Bay, providing a beautiful view of the water. The service was nice and very helpful for basic room necessities, but at times seemed disinterested and lacked recommendations for local dining spots. The location was solid, offering great access to the Waterfront and the Old Port, perfect for exploring on foot after a day of sightseeing. The dining experience was copious and delicious, worth the wait, but there were noticeable inconveniences like the in-room mini-fridge emitting a high-pitched tone. Overall, a decent stay with its ups and downs.

The hotel had everything we needed and more after our first night on the property. The staff being in the middle of everything in Portland, ME. Charges for parking and does not have a pool, but is walking distance to everything and convenient to interesting restaurants and shopping on Congress Street, less touristy than waterfront.
